There may be discrepancies between your CAD system information and the call that produced the ePCR in the database. How can you resolve those discrepancies?  How do you insure that each call generated and dispatched by CAD is associated with the appropriate ePCR?

The SafetyPAD Enterprise Reconciler module provides automated, semi-automated and manual tools to insure that misaligned/mismatched PCRs can be “reconciled” to the appropriate CAD record.

The SafetyPAD Reconciliation tool is used to reconcile CAD incident records with the PCRs generated from SafetyPAD Mobile to ensure a 1:1 match as well as to verify accuracy of incident details found in the PCR.

Reconciliation is the process of matching a PCR to an existing CAD record. If there is a data discrepancy between a submitted PCR and its associated CAD record (for any data point that is shared among the 2), the CAD record's data is accepted, and the PCR is automatically updated to match.
